Deep Residency is the first project by Omkar and a manifestation of Omkar's dreams. Omkar embarked on its vision of transforming lives with this ground plus seven floor residential building which was completed in 2005. Located at Parel, with an area of around 23,000 sq. ft., the project seamlessly retains the culture and heritage of its location.
