A testament to its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, Om Niketan is Omkar's first project in the Mumbai suburbs. Completed in 2006, the project contributed to the transit camp inventory of Mumbai's municipality. Located at Mulund, the project is a five-minute walk from the railway station and around 14,000 sq. ft., of pure happiness for all its residents.
